This hotel is a great deal. We stayed here for two nights during our week in Switzerland. Very easy for connections in and out of the main train station, and perfectly located to explore old town Zurich. The room was well appointed and clean, and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful for a variety of questions. The breakfast gave a variety of options. Overall an excellent choice!

We recently stayed for 1 night in this hotel. Its a great location, 5 mins walk from main train station. Everything was perfect from check in to check out. Lovely rooms, great breakfast & all the staff we engaged with were friendly & professional. Would defo stay here if back in Zurich again.

Had a superb experience at this hotel! The location of the hotel is just perfect for a traveler! The rooms were excellent so was the food at breakfast. The staff at the hotel were truly the best! I had left an iPad keyboard in my hotel room and realized it only when I reached the airport. David Rukavina at the reception was the best, once I contacted him on the phone and told him my problem they found the keyboard and also shipped it to the address I wanted. Also while staying there he guided us very happily on the local transits! Such kind of service is what we as international travelers look for, had a superb stay and will recommend

Very well located for train station and old town. Expensive for what is provided, but Zurich is a very expensive city. Plenty of good restaurants nearby (La Pasta is good). Tap water is good, so no need for bottled water to be provided.

This very nice hotel is down a quiet side street, close to the main station and the central tram stop. From the airport it’s probably easiest to take the no. 10 tram and get off at central, this avoids the chaos of the Hauptbahnhof. From the hotel, it’s a comfortable stroll to all the museums and attractions. Lots of good restaurants very close, I recommend La Pasta and Toscano. My room was spotless clean and with the windows shut there was no noise at all. The bed was very comfortable, with a choice of duvet or sheet. There didn’t appear to be any air conditioning, might be a problem during really hot nights. The radiator looked very substantial; I don’t think you would be cold in the winter. There is a very small bar, with just a couple of stools. The staff are all very friendly. My only real complaint would be the breakfast, a greater choice of fruit and some cold meats, would improve the breakfast. Overall, an excellent 3 star hotel. Would I stay there again – yes.
